Karey Spear

I am Karey Spear, a Nutrition and Epigenetic Coach trained in Functional Medicine. I have a Master’s Degree in Integrative and Functional Nutrition which utilizes a systems biology-based approach to look at root causes to help my clients achieve their health and wellness goals. I am currently seeking my Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition as well. Becoming a doctor has always been a goal of mine, so I am going for it!

My hope is that if you are currently struggling with your health, whether it be a recent diagnosis or an underlying condition that has you stuck, you may find some answers and inspiration here. You too can become superhuman and live the life that you may never have thought possible through an understanding of your unique Epigenetics and Nutritional Requirements.
